III. Job overview:

We are looking for a talented candidate for the position of Digital Marketing – SEO. This person will be responsible for implementing digital marketing strategies, optimizing SEO for the website and digital platforms, as well as managing and maintaining the company’s website to ensure its smooth and effective operation. Implement and execute for all the company’s brands such as The Caterers, Bite, Quang Lap, etc.

IV. Responsibilities including but not limited to:
  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and enhance brand awareness.
  2. Optimize SEO for the website, blog, and other content to achieve high rankings on search engines (Google, Bing, etc.).
  3. Research and analyze keywords, monitor keyword rankings, and keep up with the latest SEO trends.
  4. Run online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to improve marketing performance.
  5. Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and adjust strategies to achieve objectives.
  6. Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring it operates smoothly and is consistently updated with the latest information.
  7. Optimize website speed, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
  8. Ensure all website features are optimized and free of technical issues.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure content and images on the website are up-to-date and aligned with the company’s brand.
  10. Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance metrics and digital marketing campaigns (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
  11. Provide detailed reports on SEO performance and advertising campaigns, offering recommendations for improvement and optimization.
  12. User Experience (UX) Optimization: Ensure the website has a user-friendly and easy-to-navigate interface.
  13. Continuously monitor and improve UX/UI elements on the website to provide the best user experience.

Complete the target of growth in website traffic, increase brand awareness, and boost the number of customers on online platforms, as well as improve keyword rankings on Google, Bing, SocialMedia, etc.

V. Requirements:
  • Sex: Male
  • Age: 25 – 35
  • Appearance: Attractive
  • Education level: College/University
  • Majored education level: Information Technology, Digital Marketing.
  • Working Experience: > 3 years, priority to work in FnB, retail, Hospitality, FMCG.
  • Health: healthy enough to work according to regulations TT14/BYT
  • Lanaguage Skills: Good
  • Computer Skills: Good
  • Professional skills: Have extensive knowledge of digital marketing, have projects to increase brand awareness, website traffic, manage WordPress websites, understand and have deployed CRM software and SEO optimization, work with agencies or do it yourself.
  • Other skills: work independently, work in a team, good attitude and communication, open at work.
  • Other requirements: sense of responsibility and withstand high pressure at work. Directly handle website or social channel errors even after working hours, weekends, and holidays if any arise.
