III. Job overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage and enhance our online presence across multiple social media platforms. This position combines social media management and content creation to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty on social media and the website. Implement and execute for all the company’s brands such as The Caterers, Bite, Quang Lap, etc.

IV. Responsibilities including but not limited to:

1. Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Manage daily activities across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), including creating posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to achieve objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools.

2. Content Creation:

  • Create and edit high-quality content (articles, blogs, graphics, videos, infographics) that aligns with the brand’s tone and goals, in collaboration with the Design and Photography/Video teams.
  • Ensure content is optimized for each platform and meets SEO and content marketing best practices.
  • Write compelling, easy-to-understand, and informative articles for blogs, websites, and social media channels.

3. Campaign Management:

  • Plan, develop, and execute social media campaigns to boost engagement, website traffic, and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure that content and campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Work with other departments (Design, Events, Sales) to ensure consistent brand presence across all channels.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track the performance of social media campaigns, engagement levels, and ROI using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
  • Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of social media strategies and suggest necessary improvements.

5. Community Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with online communities, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
  • Manage customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms promptly and professionally.

Other jobs:

Assigned as needed when requests arise.

– Complete tasks on time, ensuring that content, images, and videos are posted correctly and in accordance with standards.

– Achieve growth targets for developing social media channels and the website.

  • Sex: Male/Female
  • Age: 25 – 32
  • Appearance: Attractive
  • Education level: College/University
  • Majored education level: Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Marketing
  • Working Experience: > 3 years, priority to work in FnB, retail, Hospitality, FMCG
  • Health: healthy enough to work according to regulations TT14/BYT
  • Lanaguage Skills: Good, IELTS 6.0
  • Computer Skills: Good
  • Professional skills: Understanding of content creation tools with new technology such as AI, Chat GPT, Grammarly…, having successful and viral social media channel growth projects.
  • Other skills: Updating content trends, images, videos on social networks.
  • Other requirements: Sense of responsibility and ability to withstand high pressure at work.
