I. Job overview
Contribute to The Caterers business performance by providing personal and timely support to CEOs and department leaders.
II. Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Handle the scheduling of calendars, co-ordinate meetings, arrange travel & accommodation for management.
- Keep track & control of daily expenses and compile expense reports monthly.
- Function as office manager by maintaining office inventory, supplies and day to day efficiency of the office.
- Support the CEO in assigned tasks and duties.
- Record minutes during meetings and provide memo’s, minutes, emails and presentations when required.
- Filter and direct phone calls and manage correspondence where needed.
- Organize and uphold day to day functions of the office.
- Support the leaders and their teams when required.
- Other work: Assigned when required
III. Requirements:
- Majored education level: graduate from university
- Working Experience: 1 year
- Language Skills: IELTs 6.0
- Computer Skills: Email, word, excel, powerponit, photoshop…
- Skills: data analysis, creativity, problem solving, critical thinking, planning
- Abilities: understand customer needs, understand the sales process, lead, team work, adapt well, have knowledge of technology, always be willing to learn, have good communication and a sense of responsibility and can withstand pressure high at work.
