I. Job overview
This position plans and implements yearly and monthly marketing initiatives for the group of companies, along with PR and branding.
The main purpose of this position is to drive business and new opportunities for the production group (new catering opportunities, equipment hire sales, Bite Fresh etc.)
The person who can be responsible for this position must drive this initiative with a modern approach, work with our business development team and be a driver of new business.
II. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Set up a Marketing strategy consistent with long-term vision and goals, and be flexible to adapt to market changes in each period.
- Develop a market research programs, analyze competitors, build customer portraits and research customer behavior to be able to build effective marketing strategies.
- Determine the marketing budget, submit the budget for approval and be responsible for managing revenue and expenditure within the approved budget.
- Organize Marketing campaigns: organize and deploy Marketing campaigns, ensuring that all activities are carried out on schedule, on budget and achieve the set goals.
- Manage and operate all marketing activities to achieve the best efficiency and ensuring maximum use of available resources of the business.
- Managing activities of the Marketing department (including design, website management and information channels): responsible for determining and managing work goals, assigning and coordination staff to ensure The Company’s marketing activities are on schedule with optimal performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Marketing activities based on data and feedback from the market and customers, appropriate adjustments will ensure that the Company is always on the right track and achieving the desired results.
- Consulting on Marketing solutions for the BOD: using market analysis data, consumer trends and competitors’ activities to help the BOD have an overview and accurate view of the business situation. current business. Propose the most creative and effective Marketing solutions to enhance the Company’s competitive advantage.
- Manage the production of marketing data, effective distribution of marketing materials and updates to marketing and customer databases: including organizing product photography and operational activities.
- Apply advanced technology in business activities, organize training courses and train employees to improve work performance.
- Report the results and implementation status of marketing activities to the BOD on a monthly and report summarizing marketing activities on a yearly. In case of detecting arising problems, it is necessary to quickly notify the BOD to have a timely solution.
- Manage and maintain close relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the business development department to develop appropriate customer care policies for the business.
