The Caterers collaborates with Romano to organize “Feast in the Air” in Vietnam

“Dinner in the sky” is a trendy party style originating from Belgium. “Dinner in the sky” has developed and become a successful franchise party organization in 45 countries, including difficult countries such as the US, Australia, Italy, Canada, Japan, South Africa, etc. This creative organization method was once voted by Forbes as “the most unique experience of the year”.

On November 6 and 7, 2015, when the Romano brand brought this unique party style to Vietnam, The Caterers was honored to become the food supplier chosen to coordinate with Wipro Unza Vietnam Company to successfully organize the first Sky Party in Vietnam. We had to meet strict standards to bring unforgettable experiences to special guests.

Taking place at Cresent Mall, the party attracted the attention of many businessmen and celebrities because of its luxurious culinary style with classy dishes, ensuring full European flavors and stimulating the taste buds. Serving at a height of over 50 meters is one of the strict standards that The Caterers must ensure with the international organization “Dinner in the sky”. This feature has satisfied the feeling of adventure in the sky, when admiring the city from above while immersing in the romantic music space. Previously, the entire banquet table was brought in and assembled by foreign technical experts according to international standards to ensure optimal safety.

Another highlight is that The Caterers’ staff not only serves fine cuisine with a professional style, but also introduces diners to Western culinary culture for each dish, with a live presentation by the chef. In just one day, the “Dinner in the sky” service served 110 guests with 5 flights.
